1. SHIPPING AREA (FREE SHIPPING)

We currently only ship to locations within the EU country and the United States with free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

Scooters are shipped to Canada or Non-EU European Countries need to ship from CN warehouse about 45 days.
And additional $15 shipping fee for purchasing accessories.

2. DELIVERY TIME

In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.  (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)

For in-stock orders, we’ll provide the tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.  Any delivery dates provided by ufscooter are estimates.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

3. SHIPPING CHANGES

• NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
• $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful.
• If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, please reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we’ll apply to help, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

5. ORDER TRACKING
